So as I’ve heard from a particular person… If you recieved an inivitation from me/google to join this site and you’ve clicked on the link which simply took you to this page… well.. you’re supposed to now locate the Google Friends Connect widget on the sidebar to the right and click on the Join button.
I’m doing some experimentation with this site so if things get wack please hold the phone and bare with me. I’ve added Google Friend Connect as you can see in the side bar. Feel free to become a friend of this site. I’m just not entirely sure yet what it’s going to provide me or you by becoming a friend but hey.. it’s neat, so we’ll try it out and see where it goes..
Also, I’m monkeying around with the theme here too so if it’s just terrible or something goes out of wack please stand by.

Well, a few posts have gone by now with strange opinions, random political videos and some general, yet no to detailed, opinions. Also a promise of some pictures of the kid. Well, the election is over and we’ve started to settle into the fact that we’ll be in a better place starting January 20th.. and although I could post another picture of Lavi here why not start it things off with…. another baby!
Baby 2 Hand Confirmed.
We’re going to have another baby. Due date is May 22th and everything is going along well! Although, Eden has been fighting nausea for the last 2 months we’re hoping in the next few weeks (currently at week 14) that will get better. Lavi is excited and knows that momma has a brother or sister in her belly. He goes back in forth right now whether he wants a brother or a sister.. Sometimes the baby has a penis and sometimes he wants the baby to be like his BFF Stella and not have a penis.
Feet are also confirmed.
We’ve confirmed only one resident in womb, whew! Things are starting to return to the new normal around here after a few months of first tri-mester angst. Hi baby! You are very photogenic so far. Keep it up.
So it has, of course, occurred to me that Colin Powell may be a complete douche that should not be given the respect that I mentioned in the last post. However, everything that he said the those two clips resonated with me and seemed to ring true to my observations of the topics he’s addressing. Sometimes it’s hard to tell what lies in front of you (or what lies are in front of you) if it’s far enough away. Whether it’s moving at 600mph in a direct line of collision with you like the election is, or if it’s just some life related object out there just a bit to far away to tell what it is. So I guess it seems close to impossible to tell if there is truth and honestly in his words or if it is a carefully written statement of objective to side with the obviously superior solution for our next government.
And what’s with all this….. Damn, I’m going to have to post some picture of me and Lavi in the woods or something to counter act all of this heavy shit. Can’t get to serious you know..
I do hope that Colin is part of Obama’s team somewhere and is finally again treated with the respect that he deserves.
ps. It’s not my intention to turn this into some political blog it just seems that there are important things at this point in time that should be shared. In regards to our elections, this is one.
So I’ll close the loop on this since it seems that John McCain has made it back to David Letterman to make amends. Annnnnd it’s a wrap….
I’ve been meaning to do this for a while but I’ve now configured my blog to accept openid authentication for comments (Yes you can leave comments here 
) And also as an added bonus it turns out that I can link my already existing openid account, of which I have two myopenid and chi.mp, to my blog url. Which kicks ass because I can automatically use the url of this site as my openid. Super fantastic.
So the wordpress plugin is OpenID and it was a snap to install and configure. You might be saying to yourself, “What is this strange OpenID thing that he’s talking about?”. Here is a quick overview, OpenID for Dummies. Use your openid now or go get one and leave me a comment.
As a side note I noticed after upgrading wordpress today that they’ve also integrated Google Gears. That is all.. enjoy your day.
David makes some fantastic points regarding what I already thought are untrustworthy and suspicious moves by McCain’s campaign today, David catches him in his disrespectful ways.. “Suspending your campaign”? Maybe… “on the run”… Walk and chew your gum or get out of the way..
