Day 7 of Life
Just a quick note if anyone is out there. Lavi and Eden are doing fabulous. We’re still getting to know each other of course and still working on getting into a good rhythm. Lavi is starting to get used to those strange appendages attached to his torso and the weight of gravity on his body… In fact he’s so content because I’ve be swaddling him so comfortably that now we’re trying to get him to want to be awake more than he has been.
I promise an email and some better pictures soon. It’s been a whirlwind.

No apologies about emails and pictures, please. You are doing a wonderful job. The whirlwind is all consuming. Just think, in addition to taking care of Lavi, somehow you are also caring for Eden and yourself. That’s plenty. Much love going out to y’all from back east.
